Shah Latif describes the beautiful natural scenery of Keenjhar Lake which sets the stage for the love story of fisher woman Noori and the king Jam Tamachi. Cruising in the boat, floating on sparkling clear water and canopied by lush green foliage, the breeze from the north rocks the lake like a hindoro (the iconic Sindhi cradle swing that gently eases away the hot summer afternoons). How lucky we are that we can still try to imagine those moments at Keenjhar Lake Resort hundreds of years later!
